ERC (Employer’s Resource Council) is a Northeast Ohio-based workplace consulting firm. The organization serves companies throughout the region, offering HR and compensation consulting, training, research and compliance support. Each year, ERC honors the 99 workplaces for top talent through its NorthCoast 99 Awards, which highlight companies that excel in areas such as onboarding and talent acquisition, employee well-being and benefits, policies and more.
Cleveland Studios, in partnership with ERC, creates the annual NorthCoast 99 Magazine, which tells the stories of these 99 organizations that are leading the way in workplace innovation and well-being. The publication polybags with the September issue of Cleveland Magazine, getting it into the hands of more than 70,000 subscribers throughout Northeast Ohio.
