As the President of Quest Digital and Great Lakes Publishing, Lute provides recommendations based on industry trends and best practices. He’s the board president for the City & Regional Magazine Association and has more than 30 years of experience in advertising and content marketing. He serves on the board of the Ohio Travel Association and was previously in a leadership role with the American Advertising Federation of Cleveland. He has been recognized as a Distinguished Sales & Marketing Executive and an American Marshall Fellow.

Inspiration Point: Lute is inspired by Burke Lakefront Airport — not for what it is, but for what it can be. He points out that Downtown Cleveland has come such a long way as a livable and visitor friendly city. Adding a community driven park and outdoor pavilion space with integrated housing would take us to the next level.

She has managed the successful development of dozens of projects ranging from award-winning coffee table books and glossy magazines to membership publications, videos and digital content. She leads a studio team that knows how to turn great relationships and great ideas into great work.

Inspiration Point: Jennifer thinks that big ideas can be born from being in the best spaces. Lakewood’s solstice steps are just one of those places. It’s hard to not feel inspired while watching a colorful sunset from the edge of Lake Erie.

Cleveland History: Jenny will never forget experiencing the 2016 Cleveland Cavaliers Championship Parade in person. It was the hottest day of the year in a crowd of over 1.3 million, and restaurants and street vendors were out of food and water. Still, every single person having the time of their lives — something she says was like nothing she’d witnessed before.
